Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
The Circuit’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (‘the Committee’) has been established to assure the advancement, integration and promotion of a wide range of matters relating to equality, social mobility, accessibility, diversity and inclusion.

The Committee comprises a range of individuals from across Circuit’s various chambers, areas of practice and years of call.
The Committee is chaired by Joseff Morgan, 9 Park Place. If you are interested in joining or working with the Committee, please email Joseff at JMorgan@9parkplace.co.uk. New voices and perspectives are welcomed. Remote meetings take place every six weeks.

Becoming a Barrister Workshops in Partnership with Seren
The Committee has also published several reports obtained through the assistance of the Bar Council to assist chambers on Circuit with monitoring and compliance with their EDI objectives. These reports utilise anonymised information provided by Circuit members as part of their annual authorisation to practice. The published reports can be found here.
